SUBJECT : Use of ISO Logo and Tag Line

1. References:
a. Memo from CRS dated June 27, 2022 with same subject as above;
and

b. Approved memorandum by RD, NCRPO dated June 22, 2022 with

subject: Use of ISO Certification Logo and Tag Line of NCRPO.

2. This pertains to the revised guidelines being followed by PNP Offices/Units

in preparing communications for purposes of uniformity and harmonization of all
document lay-outs/templates into a single standard. This is to ensure that all PNP
offices/units observe a unified communication’s format from top level management
down to the lowest rank.

3. Specifically, PNP Memorandum Circular 2022-076 para 6.21 states that:

“ISO Certification logo, tag line or the like should be placed at the bottom center of
the page. Tag lines shall be written in Arial font, size 10 while the size of the ISO
Certification logo shall be 2.0 cm H x 3.5 cm L.”

4. In this regard, be guided on the use of ISO Logo Certification and the
NCRPO’s tag line: “Magtrabaho ng Maayos at Tama, Isapuso and Disiplina” on all
communications being prepared by this Police District. Attached is the sample format
for your reference.
