1. Discuss and identify potential hazards
2. Check with Balingian Power Generation

and hot work permit in place if applicable
1. Make sure that the reference is either a
regulation, a standard manual operational
procedures are still valid and can be
accounted for answer.
2. Determine whether the potential hazards
can be eliminated, if does not have to be
controlled in a predefined safe manner
3. Ensure the scope of work is clear, define
appropriate work steps in accordance
with established procedures and
regulations
4. Explain all problem topics in as much
detail as possible and determine the
person in charge of each work
5. Decide firmly every possible work step
accountable by all parties related to

6. Install the sign bord at the work site.
