MGC1030 FLEXO WASH

Description Of Product :

MGC 1030 Flexo Wash is a safe, surfactant containing detergent for cleaning water-
based varnishes and inks, particularly with the acrylic dispersion. Flexo wash has a powerful
cleaning property for cleaning water-based dispersion varnishes or inks which can build up on
the edges of the blanket and anilox roller.
Flexo wash is also suitable for use on offset or flexo graphic machines. It is widely use to clean
the pipe-line of the water-based varnish or flexo ink, ensuring that it is cleared from any dried
varnish or ink that may created problem like blockage, foaming and additionally, keep the life-
span of the pump longer.

 Fully water-miscible.
 Very safe and fast drying.
 Has no adverse effect on the coaters, blankets or roller.

Directly Of Use :
(A) Use directly with sponge for daily cleaning, mix 1:5 with water for
immediately cleaning.
(B) For cleaning of the pipe-line, mix 1:2 with water enough to fill up all the
pipings and hoses. Let it soak for half to an hour, then rinse off with water
several times.
(C) In the case to remove stubborn dried varnish or ink on the anilox, use MGC
1016 Anilox Cleaner.
