Force Fit is a state of the art gym, established in
2019 and is located in the city of Kanpur. The gym
sprawls 10,000 sq. ft. over 3 floors and boasts of the
best gym equipment in the city.

Our aim is to incorporate fitness in the lives of its


patrons and help them find a healthy balance in their
lifestyle through various fun and engaging activities,
the focus being on building a community of people
who participate in activities and encourage each
other.

Our vision is to light the spark of fitness to as many


people as possible and take their dream to various
parts of the country over time.

Our gym membership is designed to provide you
with a wholesome workout experience. Our state
of the art equipment coupled with group workout
classes such as dance, yoga and crossfit enable
you to work on your conditioning as well as burn
those calories with fun activities.

We provide additional personal training services


by professional instructors to help give direction
and pace to your fitness goals. We also have
steam room and spa facilities which help you cool
down and relax after a great workout.

GYM
Our equipment is the most advanced in the city of
Kanpur, is designed for beginners as well as those
in the more advanced stages of their fitness
journey and is periodically updated with new
additions.

Our certified trainers are always around to guide


you and help you make the most out of your
workout.

We have a fun and engaging environment and


often have participatory activities such as tug of
war and kho kho to keep things light.

CROSSFIT
CrossFit is a high intensity interval training workout
to build strength and conditioning which is made up
of body weight exercises. The functional movements
include actions that you perform in your day-to-day
life such as squatting, pulling, pushing etc.

We are the pioneers in Kanpur for CrossFit training


and our instructors will help you target all your
different body parts and maintain overall fitness. This
instructor lead group activity helps body mobility and
flexibility and helps build strength.

Our CrossFit training workouts help you build a body


that is capable of practically anything and everything.
STEAM ROOM
A steam filled room to provide relaxation and
cleansing, our steam rooms are designed to provide
your body with much-needed rejuvenation after a
good workout.

The heat therapy provided helps increase blood flow,


stimulate healing to tissues and relax the muscles.
The heat emanated also helps release toxins from the
body and gives the skin a healthy glow and a supple
feel.

SPA

workout, our spa massage therapy rooms help you

Our studio membership is designed to provide
various fun, interactive group workouts to keep the
mind as well as the body engaged. This
membership is available seperately for women and
also for men as a part of the Alpha membership. It
is geared towards encouraging the women who do
not necessarily want to workout in the traditional
gym but still want to maintain their fitness.

Choose any 1 class per day and take your fitness


journey ahead! We have a dedicated floor for the
studio and provide a range of different activities
such as dance workouts, tabata, strength and
conditioning, bollywood dance, salsa, and various
different variations of yoga such as hatha, ashtanga
and aerial yoga among many other activities and
have certified expert instructors to conduct each
activity.

DUNZOFIT DANCE

The happiest workout ever, Danzo Fit is a high
intensity dance activity which strengthens your
muscles, helps increasing flexibility and helps relieve
stress.

This instructor-lead group activity is so much fun that

BHANGRA

BOLLYWOOD DANCE

sweat!Our enjoyable and engaging bollywood group
dance class makes for a great cardio workout along-
side dancing to your favourite desi tune.

also makes you stronger, helps you with balance and
coordination and keeps your heart healthy and happy!
YOGA

Yoga is the oldest form of holistic healthcare known


to mankind and is not just a physical form of
exercise, but is a discipline which deals with a
person’s mental and spiritual well-being as well.

This mind and body practice is conducted as a


group activity and includes various forms of
physical movements as well as breathing exercises.

Yoga helps in practicing mindfulness and has great


health benefits such as increased blood circulation,
better body flexibility and mobility and increased
strength
HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga is a form of yoga that stimulates the body as well as the
mind and spirit and takes you on a spiritual journey, the word “Hatha”
meaning the balance between the sun and the moon. This group class is
taken by a trained professional and helps you take your body to the next
level using mindfulness and body postures or asanas.

Hatha Yoga is a great aerobic workout, improves strength and flexibility


and is a great form of meditation

ASHTANGA YOGA

Ashtanga yoga dates back to the 20th century and is a modern form of
classical Indian yoga. It is an energetic form of yoga which focuses on
synchronising breath with movements and consists of various asanas.
This form of yoga focuses on muscle training and rejuvenates your body,
making it stronger, more toned and in control.

AERIAL YOGA

Aerial yoga is a modern form of yoga which combines traditional yoga


poses with pilates and dance movements with the use of a hammock
and has gained much popularity in the recent timesIts hybrid nature

HIIT
HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a
cardiovascular workout alternating short periods of

periods.

BOXING

ing, MMA and Mua Thai to enjoy the different varia-
tions and styles of boxing workouts.

MUA THAI
Also referred to as “Thai boxing”, Mua Thai is a combat
sport and uses various parts of the body such as fists,
elbows, knees and shins in its sport.

This full body workout helps you establish self


discipline, unleashes your inner warrior and increases
your stamina.
MMA
MMA is a form of mixed martial arts and is also
referred to as cage fighting. It comprises of a
combination of moves from combat sports and
martial arts.

It includes moves such as striking, grappling and


ground fighting and helps you build a great amount

You can choose any 2 studio classes in a day and


use all the gym facilities with the Alpha membership
to be on top of your fitness journey.
