METHOD OF STATEMENT FOR LEVEL TRANSMITTER

1. Obtain necessary permit to work document related to the subject job

2. Hold a tool box talk with team and plan the job accordingly considering all the risk involved.
3. Requirement of job is bypass from system side.
4. Need follow the calibration procedure.
5. Once the calibration finish compare the value with transmitter and DCS
6. Make sure the transmitter back to normal.
7. After finishing the job, keep the work area clean with proper housekeeping.
8. Close the permit and work order.
