orders.
In terms of inventory of the business’s stocks and products, the following specific

experience to the proponents in terms of solving a problem within the chosen company
1.5.1 Scope

1.6.4 Testing
In this stage, the proponents will test and integrate small programs into system.

the system to the business environment where the users can finally check and use the
system.
1.6.6 Maintenance
The proponents will monitor the designed system in one month and ask for the
comments and suggestion about the system. After identifying problems using the user’s

remove some unnecessary programs to be able to achieve ease of use. After that, if there
is no problem encountered, the proponents will check the system design every 3 months

Dear Sir/Madam
Mabuhay!
We, the 3rd Year Bachelor of Science in Information Technology students of City of
Malabon University, would like to ask your permission to allow us to conduct a study
about the current system of your company as a partial fulfillment of the requirements for
our subject, Systems Analysis and Design.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the problems and needs that may be encountered in

and information advancement can be combined for the furtherance of your company
procedures.
This would serve as a stepping-stone for us to enhance, through practice and
implementation, what we have acquired in our university. We also believe that this
project would be of great help since it would involve analysis and creation of solutions
that will satisfy the needs of your company at the present time in terms of information
processing within your organization.
In line with this, we would like to respectfully request for the following to fulfill our
course’s initial requirements:
1. Company Profile
2. Organizational Chart
3. Flow of Transaction
4. Existing System Design
5. Sample Data
Rest assured the information that you will provide us will be dealt with utmost
confidentiality.
Thank you very much for your favorable response on this matter.
Respectfully yours,
