service delivery by providing each stations with
birthing clinic, regular personnel, quality and
latest equipment, regular facility maintenance,
and BHS emergency vehicle.
Procurement of Transport Vehicles for RHU staff
If the application of the super RHU will be
approved, we need more additional plantilla
positions to man the new health facility as well as
additional ambulance and transport vehicles
Increase budget for medicines and supplies
Additonal construction of BHS on far flung and
mountianous baranagys (GIDA)
Construction of fully equipped municipal
infirmary
How Do We Get There
- Budget allocation for sending BHWs into
relevant training such as Maternal and Child
Health Care and Integrated Management of
Childhood Diseases for proper and successful
performance of their roles in the community.
- Encourage BHWs into taking these training
courses not only for the improvement of theirs
skills and knowledge but also for the sake of the
people they are serving.
- Reinstatement of the local health board
- LHB will facilitate the accreditation and
registration of BHWs
- Sangunianng Bayan Resolution needs to be
passed
- Budget allocation for the increase in
honorarium for BHWs
- Hiring of IT professional
