ACTIVITY 1:
1. What is the importance of Fitness and wellness?
- Fitness is essential for maintaining excellent health. It also can
help you to prevent heart disease, stroke, obesity, diabetes, and
high blood pressure in addition to making you feel better
emotionally. And also it can improve the quality of your life.
2. How do factors affect Fitness and wellness?
- A person's physical health and wellness are influenced by their
surroundings, which include the climate, temperature, altitude,
social, and cultural elements.
3. How do you assess your Fitness and wellness?
- I assess my fitness and wellness by eating healthy foods and by
doing exercises.

ACTIVITY 2:
1. What are the Components of Physical Fitness?
- body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance,
and cardiorespiratory endurance
How can we improve those Components of Physical Fitness?
- Your breathing and heart rate will increase during endurance or
aerobic exercises. They enhance your general fitness and maintain the
health of your heart, lungs, and circulatory system.
2. What is the importance of Good Posture?
- Proper posture improves spine health. Aligning yourself properly while
sitting and standing increases blood flow, supports your muscles,
ligaments, and tendons, and aids in maintaining the health of your blood
vessels and nerves. Correct posture should be practiced regularly to
reduce the risk of back and neck problems
3. How can we develop our awareness on safety measures in the avoidance
of risks of in-juries during Physical Activities?
- Wear protective gear when training, not only for competitions and
events, and make sure your equipment is appropriate for your sport or
activity. Regularly inspect the equipment, and replace it if necessary.
4. How would you manage your stress level as a College Student?
- Get a plenty of sleep and exercise daily.
5. If being Physically Fit is important, how can you manage your time as a
College Student?
- Avoid procrastination by making a to-do list, prioritizing your tasks,
and planning ahead.
