1. After you performed the stunts what do you feel?


- Knowing that I have great body strength, quick agility, and superb body balance
made me feel rejuvenated and delighted. These skills indicate that I am capable of
participating in strenuous activities such as sports. As a volleyball enthusiast, it is
imperative that I practice and strengthen these skills, and the fact that I have excelled
in these areas is a strong indication that I should continue playing the sport.
2. As a student what do you think the benefits of participating in physical activity? Can you
cite at least 10 benefits of health-related fitness exercises?
- Physical activity is a requirement for students in order to keep our bodies healthy and
fit, to alleviate mental health issues, and to be socially exposed. The following are
benefits of health-related fitness exercises:
1. Help you control your weight.
2. Help your body manage blood sugar and insulin levels.
3. Reduce your risk of heart diseases.
4. Reduce your risk of some cancers.
5. Improve your mental health and mood.
6. Improve your sleep.
7. Increase your chances of living longer.
8. Improve your sexual health.
9. Strengthen your bones and muscles.
10. Help keep your thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp as you age.
