Background

BIVMC Management direction is to achieve the Store Operational Excellence. Therefore, Selling Systems
enhanced the Store Management Modules and focused on the specific training needs for every retail
designation perse. In proper training and development, personnel weaknesses can turn into strengths that
will bring to operational excellence. Training gives retail personnel a great understanding on their
responsibilities and the skills that they need to efficiently and effectively reap their respective job. Hence, it
