The reason why we decided to use Changloon Laundry Café as our company’s
named because the place that located at changloo city. It seems really suit to our
company which located at strategic place .

Through this scheme, the owner has been able to gain a lot of useful experience
and knowledge about the ins and outs of business in terms of financial
management and also the management of tools or machines involved in the
laundry business.
We also provide washing machine lending services so that customers can wash
their own clothes. By washing at our shop, customers can wash their own clothes
without having to bother, besides that they can also enjoy the waiting room
facilities in the form of a café. In this business plan, the background, aspects of
the market, operations, and human resources will be explained thoroughly and of
course only the financial aspects of Changloon Laundry Café efforts from a
financial perspective, CLC is a business that should be run because it generates
profit.
This business plan was made to invite investors to invest their capital in CLC and

The business to be started requires financing from MARA of RM200,000 and also own capital of
RM50,000. Through this financing, the owner can start a business by buying fixed assets and
also other needs to run the business.
Changloon Laundry Café (henceforth, CLC) is a new way in doing laundry in Changloon. Besides
offering laundry service at the price of Rm 5.00 per 5 kg of clothes, CLC also provides washing
machine rent which allows the customers to wash their own clothes without being worried if
their clothes are washed in a proper way or not. The washing machine rent will cost Rm 3.00
per load.
Although the customers can wash their own clothes there, they do not have to iron the clothes
by themselves. CLC provides ironing service at the price of RM1 per piece of clothes. The
pressers (a term that is used in clothes factories for a person who irons the clothes) will help
the customers iron their clothes.
Due to the fact that the process only takes about an hour, CLC provides a café as a waiting room
for the customers. The café will be a facility to attract customers. The café, which is completed
with books and magazines in shelves, will be designed as cozy as possible; thus the customers
can wait for the process of laundry while they sit down on cozy sofas, and enjoy their books or
magazines.

Doing laundry is a simple task that takes up valuable time for many people.
This time could be better utilized if there were a way of having your laundry done for you in a
timely, predictable, and trustworthy manner. Although many companies such as Laundry
Services exist in this competitive space already, we feel there are tactics that could be
implemented to improve their model.
While timeliness, convenience and cost are all factors in the decision to use a laundry service,
we found these all to be secondary to the customer’s main concern; trust.
Our group focused on the issue of operation within a laundry service, specifically targeting
trust. We observed trust as the key obstacle to this service, and have differentiated our model
from current offerings to overcome these objections.
Our improved customer experience allows a customer to choose a person, not just a company,
to do their laundry. We believe, due to our research, the trust issue can be overcome. This will
increase the customer base and the proliferation of this service, allowing for greater speed of
growth across a larger segment.

customer’s. Mini playground will include playground 3 in 1 is kind of slide playground, swing
and basketball, it is made from durable, thick plastic and safety for kids. Very suitable for
children aged 1-12 years old. The cradle can hold up to 20kg. Soft toys,soft books, soft rattles
are provided for a children aged 0-3 month old. Light rattles, hardcover books, chew toys, play

their café, enjoy internet at the table and chair provided to do paperwork, study and work.

Changloon Laundry café is laundry business that focusing on services oriented business. The
laundromat is following the concept of cleaning services that focusing on families and
individuals. We area spiring to propose the best laundry solutions that offer grandness yet
affordable price to the customer. The core business of Changloon Laundry café is cleaning and
drying clothes. Apart from that, we are also providing the other services like ironing, pantry
and children playground. The cleaning and drying services will be self-services and operates for
24 hours. However, the ironing services are upon the request by customer. The ironing services
and pantry are available from 7.00 a.m until 11.00p.m.The price for self-service washer is
different for each water temperature.RM 6 for cold water, RM 7 for using warm water and RM
8 for using hotwater if the customer choose to use 14 kilogram (kg) washing machine. The
prices for 24 kg washing machine are RM 10 per wash for cold water, RM 11 warm water and
RM 12 for hot water. Nevertheless, the dryer is just for RM 4 per drying. Every washing and
drying are running for 25minutes. The ironing services are pricing according to their kg, which is
RM 2 per kg

service nearby apart from our Laundry Café, it is also close to housing area whre self-service
laundry makes easier for housewives or working woman or students to come to wash and dry
their clothes, this kind of laundry has saved women’s time. Distance a housing and other shop
to The Laundry Café typically is taken 10-15 minute. Our washing machine size of 20 kg and
15kg. This machine demand by guest with large families. We make sure have a mix of different
capacities, large capacity machines, medium machines and even small machines so that the we
get a machine size for each type of heavy garment. We also have dryer machine and washer
machine. We also provide mini playground for whom bringing they kids while waiting dobby
done cleaning, table and chair for guest sitting while using their laptop for done their
