Hello! Welcome! This serves as a reflection of my growth throughout my journey.

My name is Juvylin F.  Audal, a dreamer from a small town named Nabua in the Province of
Camarines Sur. I was born in the 31st of July 2001. People who closed to me often called me by my
nickname “Yeng or Baye”. I was raised by my mother named Babylin F. Audal and my father’s name is
Joel L. Audal. Both of parents are a businessman. I have a sister named Juvy France Audal and she was a
teacher. Ever since, my Grandparents are the one who took care, look and always here for us because my
parents need to work. I spend my childhood in our province, I study my elementary at Aro- Aldao
Elementary School. Later on, my parents decided to transfer in Morong Rizal, then here I continued my
Highschool at Morong National Highschool. I am a woman who has a goal to look forward to and have
dreams who serve as my wings and I am a firm believer in Faith over Fear.  I always loved the sky planes
and flying fascinates me. I'm in my happiest state every time I travel, I found the missing piece of my
puzzle.  As a goal-getter, I hope to become a Flight Attendant and finally take to the skies someday.
When I was still a kid I'd always say " I want to be a Flight Attendant", this dream led me to enter Our
Lady of Fatima University taking a Bachelor of Science in International Tourism Management,
Specialization in Travel and Tour Operations.
I love to interact with people, listening to their stories and exchanging thoughts with them, this means that
I am a people person. I love seeing different scenarios, and events every day. I love baking pastry and
decorating cakes. I create what I want to create. It gives me joy and creative freedom.  Baking truly kept
me fulfilled and energized. Also, I love travelling. Travelling enables me to be spontaneous and
seek new experiences. It gives me absolute freedom to live in the moment. I am a consistent
honor student ever since elementary. I believe I am an enthusiastic person who genuinely wants to
develop the necessary skills and qualities to have a successful career and future. And I understand that I
need to work hard to achieve what I want in life, that anything worth doing is worth doing well. I am
naturally shy on the first day of meeting me, but once I feel comfortable with your company, I will surely
fill up the room with my random stories and act. I am a self-motivated individual who delights in making
a long-lasting favorable impact on anyone I meet.

Looking back, there have been so many versions of me. The brave me, who's never afraid to take risks
even without assurance. The dreamer me, who writes big dreams in her journal 100% believing that she'll
achieve them all.  But there's also the wiser me, who allowed herself to be free from what others will
think or say about her, and just be who she really is.  I know that the best version of who I am is the
present me. For she has gone through a lot before she became who is she right now. She tries so hard to
be better every day- learning & unlearning things to grow beautifully in her journey.

Life is really hard, unexpected things come my way, and it comes to a point I'd say I
wanna stop or give up, but I always say to myself that whenever I do think of that I just
really go back to my "WHY.  " I GO BACK TO WHY I STARTED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE "
Achieving our dream without knowing the reason behind it is no success at all. Knowing what I
want will motivate me into action and make me unstoppable despite life’s difficulties. Knowing
my “why” will always drive me into greater things. I stopped being afraid of what might go
wrong. I decided to trust God and believed that all the good things he has stored for me.

Reaching for the stars: Aviation as a lifelong- Passion. To say, that I’ve always been more interested
in looking up at the sky than at anything on the ground is something of an understatement. Looking back,
perhaps it comes as no surprise that my love for aviation is built into my DNA. I’ve always believed
that constantly readjusting goals is important for me to be able to prosper. I have to continue to go extra
mile If I want my vision to stand out from the rest. Of course, there will be setbacks where I stumble but I
need to get up and try again until I get it right. As my mother would always say, trusting my intuition and
staying the course while facing headwinds has stood me in a good stead. My father taught me that if I
wanted to reach for the stars, I need to learn how to fly and that’s exactly what I did. I firmly believe that
hard work always payoff through consistent determination, strategic management and professionalism.
To be specific, my goal is to become a successful Flight Attendant. This is the position I have
been working towards for a long period of time now, I want to work in a customer-facing role
where I have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's daily lives,  I want to work in
a role where being a positive role model is important and I can have a significant impact on the
organization's success through my daily work- in a team whereby everyone needs to pull their
weight and take responsibility for their actions and in order to meet our objectives and the team
task. Also, I want to be seen as a trusted, reliable and productive member of the organization
who can rely upon to deliver the best results both on time and within the requested standards.
Developed both professionally and personally.  Although I have very much set my heart on
becoming a Flight Attendant, the most important for me is to work for a strong, reputable, and
quality airline that has an exciting future ahead of itself.

Often people will say, the sky is the limit but for me who love aviation. SKY IS HOME. There is no
other place to go but up. Indeed, I am an eagle who chooses to spread my wings and flying higher beyond
my mind limitation.
