    Poster Making

    1.Each participant should submit ONE entry only.


    2.The poster must illustrate, interpret and emphasize the theme
    3.All artworks must be done on the spot and must be completed within the allottedtime of two (2) hours.
    4.The poster must be done in free hand using the following materials (to be providedby contestant):¼size
    illustration board, pencils, oil pastel, marker
    5.White or colored cartolina will be used by the participants
    6.All entries must be pre-numbered. No other identifying marks will be allowed toappear in the artworks.
    7.The entries will be judged according to the following criteria:
    CREATIVITY/PRESENTATION 40%

    ORIGINALITY 30%

    RELEVANCE 30%_______________

    Total 100%
