ANNUAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN LIS/EBEIS

I. INTRODUCTION
In order to establish the a strong and extensive deposit of vocabulary and
reading a division virtual interactive vocabulary/reading activity was conducted every
Wednesday in the afternoon last July 21-December 22,2021. This is one of the
intervention of Division Brigada PAGPABASA in delivering strategies and activities during
pandemic.

II. OBJECTIVES

1. Develop vocabulary building, enhance reading and strategies activities during in


reading during the pandemic
2. Gather a wide array of vocabulary by participating online activities
3. Gain knowledge and information on vocabulary formation IN MTB Subjects
4. Make learning fun by enjoying vocabulary building activities.

III. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENT

The MTB-MLE core team with the supervision of Ma’am Lelani R. Abutay
developed another virtual activity titled “SING IT , TO WIN IT” that happened last
November 17,2021 as second virtual vocabulary and reading games. The “SING IT , TO
WIN IT” was successful, it has three category :

IV. PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS

1. DORES (Do the Online and Remote Enrollment System) – Amid the public health
emergency due to Covid-19, the Department of Education along with our school
remains committed on finding ways to provide learning opportunities to our learners by
providing various options for implementing a modified regular enrollment process that
adheres to the guidelines set by Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious
Diseases (IATF). These includes online enrollment thru google form for those learners
who wish to enroll in our school and have internet connection at home, and remote
enrollment which is divided into two: thru SMS messaging/phone call or drop box
located on every barangay hall and the school premises for learners who wishes to
enroll but do not have internet connection.

V. PROBLEMS MET

1. Irregularity on enrollment instructions by higher office.


2. Unskilled personnel in using online tools.
3. Sufficient time is required to School LIS Coordinator to maintain and fix LIS
issues and concerns.
4. Some part of the school do not have internet connection.

VI. FUTURE PLANS

1. WIFI upgrade for easy access in the internet for paperless and efficient
transmission of data not only by Admins but also by teachers.
2. T2-Edutech Training highlighting Technology Tools -With the fast pace of
modern technology, teachers must be equipped and oriented with the knowledge
and skills to cope up with the needs of the school most specially on preparing
school reports even amid pandemics. To make this possible, they must have
massive training on online tools that will help them make reports efficiently and
effectively.
