Process Flow for Modular Distance Learning (MDL)

How the school will do the Modular Distance Learning? From extracting the learner’s
data which includes name, grade, complete address and contact number of parents, then planning
will be done with teachers and volunteer tutors. The plan includes the assignment by area,
preparation of materials, scheme of distribution and retrieval, monitoring on learners learning
process and the means of communication. Next is to coordinate meeting with teachers for the
parent orientation through the use of flyers which contains in three fold. This contains strategic
places for distribution and retrieval and its schedule, class’s information, grade level, section and
contact information of advisers, name and contact information of volunteer tutors with their
permission, the role of teachers, parents and tutors. The class program by grade level and
school’s FB accounts and page. The next is the distribution of flyers, preparation and
organization of LMs and required school forms and then the distribution of LMs where in log
book is provided for every LR mover to record the details of the received LRs from the parents.
The next is the monitoring of learner’s learning process, if there will be issues and concerns on
this matter then discussion and collaboration will be done and it will opt to do coaching and
mentoring and LAC sessions. A follow-up will also be done if the proposed solution or method
is effective. If it is a No then further collaboration with concerns will do, if it is a Yes then
retrieval and distribution of LMs is the next step, from here the teacher will record the learner’s
accomplishment using learner’s portfolio.
Process Flow for Combined ODL and MDL
The school’s process flow for combined ODL and MDL is the same process on MDL. It
is just that on every step, the online platforms as means of communication and dissemination of
information are included.

TERMS OF REFERENCE

Principal Coordinating in the Sub-Office


Monitoring the progress of the preparation of SLMs.
Teachers Preparation / Reproduction and Sorting SLMs adequate to the number of
Learners.
Place the envelopes with SLMs in boxes for pick-up of LR Movers.
LR Mover Volunteers They were the ones to pick-up the boxes with SLMs inside and deliver it to
the designated LR Kiosks and return to school every Friday.
LR Kiosk Volunteers They were the ones in charge in distributing the SLMs to the parents and
receiving the finished SLMs every Friday.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS
After the SLMs were reproduce and place on the boxes. The boxes will be ready for pick-up of
LR Movers. On the next day the LR Movers will pick-up the boxes. For them to follow of the safety
protocols they will be wearing facemask and face shields and disinfect their hands using alcohol supplied
by the school. After the delivery to the designated LR Kiosk the boxes will again be quarantined for 24
hours before the distribution.
On the day that the parents will pick up the SLMs they should bring their own ball pens for their
signatures in the received form. They should disinfect their hands using alcohol and observe physical
distancing.
