1. Intent to purchase
- Purchase intent is the probability that a consumer will buy a product or service.
- Purchase intent, also known as buyer intent, describes the extent to which
customers are willing and inclined to buy a product or service from you within a
certain period of time, typically over the next 6 or 12 months.
2. Reservation letter (if reserved)
- An agreement between a buyer and seller of land involving a written statement of
intent (subject to contract and whether or not a fee is paid) to buy and sell a
property.
- A reservation agreement is frequently used in the sale of new homes when a buyer
reserves the right to buy the property for a period of time (the reservation period)
and pays a fee. The builder or developer states that it will not sell the property to
another during the reservation period.
3. Contract to sell
- a formal agreement in which a person, company, etc. agrees to sell something to a
buyer at a time in the future, and the buyer agrees to buy it
4. Deed of absolute sale
- An absolute deed of sale can be defined as a legal document stating that one party is
transferring his real estate property rights to another. This means that all the seller's
rights to the property have now been passed on to the buyer. The buyer has now
the full right to use the property he purchased.
5. Equipment bill of sale
- An equipment bill of sale is a general-use document that records the purchase and
sale of any valuable piece of equipment
6. Equipment purchase and sale agreement
- An equipment purchase agreement is an agreement between a purchaser and a
seller of equipment. Typically used by businesses, the equipment purchase
agreement outlines the rights and obligations of both parties in the transaction.
7. Certificate of title
- A certificate of title is an official state or municipal-issued document that identifies
the owner(s) of personal or real property. A certificate of title provides documentary
evidence of the right of ownership. Usually it applies to real estate, though it also
may pertain to a business, boat, or vehicle, among other things.

1. Purchase requisition form
- A purchase requisition form is a document submitted by an employee to request the
purchase of goods or services on behalf of the company. These purchases may be for
business operations, inventory, or to manufacture supplies for sale. Submitting a
purchase requisition form sets off the purchasing process.
2. Certificate of acceptance
- Certificate of Delivery and Acceptance means a certificate to be executed by Lessee,
and dated the date of Lessee's acceptance for lease of the Equipment, delivered to
Lessee.
