I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the session, the students will be able to:
1. Explore job opportunities for Entrepreneurship as a career.
2. Identify the routes a starting entrepreneur in setting up an enterprise.
3. Differentiate the routes for starting entrepreneurs.
III. PROCEDURE
A. Preliminary Activities

4. Review of the Previous Topic
A student will be asked to give a recall on the previous lesson
B. Lesson Procedure
1. Activity – Role Playing
Instructions:
a. Students will be grouped into six (6) groups.
b. Each group will choose their leader and secretary.
c. Each group will be assigned for certain situation or scenario.
Group 1 – A person who wants to be an entrepreneur and starts a new business
concept
Group 2 – A person who wants to be an entrepreneur and buys a franchise
Group 3 – A person who wants to be an entrepreneur and buys an existing
business
Group 4 – A person who wants to be an entrepreneur and copy an existing
concept
Group 5 – A person who wants to be an entrepreneur and become a one person
firm
Group 6 – A person who wants to be an entrepreneur and starts a “work at home”
business
d. Each group will be rated based on the rubrics provided (see separate sheet).
e. This activity is good for 15 minutes.
3. Abstraction
The teacher will deepen the lesson by emphasizing that there are many routes
to becoming an entrepreneur.
4. Application
The teacher will let the class analyse the situation on how to explore new
businesses considering on the risk and rewards of being an owner.
