EVENT THEME

Personal and professional planning are both required since it involves making practical and good
decisions so that a specific event can be completed without any problems. Planning assists us in achieving
our objectives and allows us to make better use of our time and other resources. Planning entails
analyzing and researching our goals as well as how we intend to achieve them. Therefore, applying an
event theme is important and the event's theme should be related to the purpose. It should be completely
compatible with the needs of the guests and consistent in every way.
Guest
The guest is important because they are the event's main attraction. The best event planner should be
carefully chosen. A planner who will do everything possible to provide quality services to guests for them
to have a good and better experience and be satisfied with the service provided at that specific event.
Themes for the guests, such as how they will dress for the event, will be determined by the type of event.
Venue Location
Organizing an event and selecting the right venue and location is the biggest and most important decision
you will make. As a result, the manager must carefully consider the planning implications of choosing an
unusual venue over a standard venue that only needs to be decorated to fit the theme. The organizer
should not pick or choose a venue that is unrelated to the event; instead, the event organizer should
consider a number of factors when selecting a venue. When selecting a venue, many factors must be
considered, but the overall strategy should be to aim for the best possible fit with the client's and
audience's needs at the lowest possible cost.
Budget
A budget is created as part of the initial planning stage. A budget includes projected revenue and
expenditure from which an estimate of the net profit (or sometimes net loss) for the proposed event can be
calculated. It is a plan based on accurate quotes from all contractors and suppliers as well as careful
research to ensure that no expenses have been overlooked. It provides guidelines for approving
expenditure and ensuring the financial aspects of the events remain on track. Therefore, before the event,
the budget should be prepared, finalized, monitored, and reviewed, budget resources allocated, financial
activities monitored against budget, and financial and statistical reports completed.
