reputation, and to the competing businesses in the
industry, gaining its own reputation different from its
competitors.

- Shangri La Hotels provides high class and luxurious


services to its customers altogether with its high end
architectural design of the hotel. The management
provides services and products which the guest loves and
fits their desires and these services meet the expectation
of the guest.

4. Is the firm's competency produces competitive


advantage and sustainable? Justify your answer.

Yes, the management of Shangri La Hotel provides transparency


of its management making sure that not only the employees but
also the customers are able to see and observe their ways of
managing the business. The management is capable of
distinguishing its own strength and the weakness of the business
and the opportunities that may come to the business and also
the threats they may face. By being able to distinguish these the
company is able to improve its management to provide more
adaptable and sustainable services to customers.
