Rationale/Background:

None of us was expecting and prepared for this pandemic to come, all our lives have been impacted and changed in a very
short period of time due to this pandemic. This Covid-19 Pandemic bought us a lot of problems and one of that is food shortage.
Urban gardening can lessen our suffering in terms of food shortage. We can’t also deny the fact that the price of the vegetables and
fruits they sell in the market increased and since a lot of jobs were forced to stop because of the pandemic we don’t have enough
money to buy overpriced foods. Plants such as vegetables has a lot of benefits to offer, one is these fresh vegetables will remain its
nutrients, second is it can help in save our money, and third is, it can improve of health. As they say what you grow you will eat.

Goals/Objectives:

The goal of this project is to encourage other people to try urban gardening and let them know the importance of planting
and growing vegetables especially during this pandemic. Also, to brought awareness about urban gardening and the different
gardening technique. Lastly, to protect and save our natural resources.
Activities:

 To plant pechay and butterfly plea.

 To document the progress of the plant.
