1987 Constitution, Section 3, Article XIII

 Article XIII, Section 3 of the 1987 Constitution affirms that, "The State shall
afford full protection to labor, local and overseas, organized and unorganized,
and promote full employment opportunities for all.

Section 14 Article II

 Section 14 Article 2 of the Constitution provides that, "The State recognizes the
role of women in nation building, and shall ensure the fundamental equality
before the law of women and men."

B. Labor Code Article 3, Chapter 1

 Article 3. Declaration of basic policy. The State shall afford protection to labor,
promote full employment, ensure equal work opportunities regardless of sex,
race or creed and regulate the relations between workers and employers. The
State shall assure the rights of workers to self-organization, collective bargaining,
security of tenure, and just and humane conditions of work.

D. The Magna Carta of Women (Republic Act 9710)

 a comprehensive women’s human rights law that seeks to eliminate


discrimination through the recognition, protection, fulfilment and promotion of
the rights of Filipino women, especially those belonging in the marginalized
sectors of the society. It conveys a framework of rights for women based
directly on international law.

will manage to succeed in the career of your choice? Do you think your gender identity
