I carried out a moderated usability studies to see firsthand how participants interact with the
platform i designed. I took notice of their emotions, pain points and feedback and created insights
based on them to further improve on my designs for a better experience.

Impact:
In the real world people face problems of lack
of easy means of communicating their feelings,
thoughts or ideas when necessary. The
platform i have designed provides food
customers the platform to easily give their
ratings, reviews and feedbacks as quincy and
comfortabl as possible.
What I learned:
Adequate and proper research yields good
result.
Never be in a hurry to finish a project, it’s
always beneficial to take time and properly
access every step.
