PRE-TRIP LOG TRUCK INSPECTION PROCEDURE

(For a conventional tractor. Make adjustments for cab-overs.)


The Forest Resources Association’s Southwide Safety Committee developed this form as a guide to trucking
safety for log truck drivers.

APPROACHING the truck, note general condition, STEP 7 – TRACTOR REAR UNDER – Check frame
