Answers:

1. Catering is a business of providing food and services.


Catering is for the people who don’t have much enough
time to prepare, and they want it to make wonderful and
memorable day.
2. Banquet service is for large events like weddings, sport
team celebration, ceremonies etc.
3. Catering management are involve of planning organization
of food and beverages and any types of events. It is also
part of food services industry, and some of the benefits of
catering is you develops your confidence to talk and
communicate different kind of people.
4. 4th millennium BC in China. Officially, the Ancient Greeks
made catering a trade by offering services at their inns and
hotels which lasted into the Roman empire.
