HARNESS: Further Research
Think of and write down activities for elementary students that would help them
experience how to be a composer, an interpreter, and a listener in the music-making
process.

song, you can ask a question
to the students what is the
message of the song.
After they draw about
instruments, they show what
they draw based on the sound
what they hear and you will
know for sure if they listened.
After you play the instruments
while singing with the
students, ask the students
what is the connection of
instruments to dancing and
singing. And why we have
instruments.
