IMPORTANT INFORMATION
(Please read carefully before proceeding with the registration):
The registration for First Trimester Session 2022/2023 (Sep 2022) will be held ONLINE
starting from 7 September 2022 until 15 September 2022.
For International students (who still in their country) with EMGS APPROVAL LETTER
will be accepted for online registration and will be activated as students; and for those who
physically in Malaysia need to present VAL/VWR for registration purpose.
Only students who have submitted the completed forms and paid the tuition fees as
stated in the offer letter will be registered and activated as students by the Graduate
School.
The University will take into account the documents related to the academic qualifications
submitted during the application. Verification of the original academic transcripts and other
related documents (as in the online registration steps) will be conducted as soon as the
Malaysian Government allows the international/local students to return to campus (subject
to the University announcement). All students are required to be present at the Graduate
School with the original documents for verification purposes.
After the online registration period, and if the University found any discrepancy in the
submitted documents or suspected any forgery of the documents submitted, the University
reserves the right to revoke the registration immediately and the student will lose his/her
right as a UUM student.
In the event of such detailed that the above occurs, the tuition fees must be paid and students
are not allowed to claim for refund.
4. Students are compulsory to upload the following documents (in the admission website as
stated in step #3):
5. Documents received by AHSGS (this process will take at least 5 working days to process
and documents clearance). Only students who submit complete documents will be
registered.
7. Once the registration is complete, students will receive an email from UUMIT (regarding
student portal account – ID and password)
