PLANNING & CONTROL
1. Control Manager (1)
Main Responsibilities
❖ Provide overall functional management of all project control
activities within the company.
❖ Providing the project status, forecast of the future, and definition
of alternatives
❖ Progress monitoring and reporting, change management, and
project administration.
Qualifications Requirements:
❖ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or above
❖ Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Controls leadership
in the oil and gas industry, detail engineering design experience
priority.

management, MS-office, and AutoCAD or other BIM software.
2. Document Control Manager (1)
Main Responsibilities
❖ Overall management of document flow through a centralized
repository.
❖ Establishment of workflow processes in line with the corporate
and project requirements for metadata, electronic and hard
copy documentation.
❖ Understand contractual requirements and communicate to
the team.
Essential Qualifications and Education:

3. Production Planning Supervisor (1)
Main Responsibilities
❖ Assist the line manager to execute pre-production preparation,
development, production, and operation management
❖ Participate in engineering work, supply technical support and
advice during design, construction, and pre-commissioning
❖ Provide technical support for on-site production:

❖ Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum engineering, and

4. Risk Control Supervisor (1)
Main Responsibilities
❖ Support planning and control project team to ensure risk
identification and risk mitigation measures are performed in
all the Project activities.
❖ Develop a Risk Management framework for the project.
❖ Promote and enhance risk management awareness by training
other project staff.
Qualifications Requirements:
❖ A degree in a Business or Science related field from a recognized
University or a Master’s degree in Business management, project
management, international development, economics, finance,
renewable energy
❖ At least six (6) years of relevant work experience in a risk
management position(s) with a project organization (s)
❖ Demonstrable risk management experience in oil & Gas will

5. Cost Control Supervisor (1)
Main Responsibilities
❖ Co-ordinate, perform and control the activities of the Project
Cost Control function.
❖ Prepare, analyze, evaluate, process, and present information
and documentation relating to the Project budget and cost
control activities.
❖ Provide key and reliable information with relevant supporting
comments on the project execution, control, and monitor the
Estimated Final Costs as a permanent provisional step.

6. Document Control Lead (2)
Main Responsibilities
❖ Support setup site activities and maintain EDMS (iDocs) on projects.

❖ Lead Project Site Document Control team, Client, project, and
vendor document processing, tracking, reporting, expediting,

Main Responsibilities

coordination of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE)

8. Planning Specialist (2)
Main Responsibilities
❖ Prepare and update project programs to incorporate feedback
from disciplines and produce appropriate control reports to
suit the project requirements.
❖ Respond to the requirements of the project under the direction
of the Lead Planning Engineer
❖ Incorporate interface requirements between Engineering,
Procurement, Construction, Fabrication, Installation, and
Commissioning as appropriate into project programs.

QUALITY ASSURANCE/CONTROL
1. Material Lead Coordinator (1)
Main Responsibilities
❖ Research potential vendors to negotiate prices
❖ Verify materials available for all scheduled outages/planned
and emergent work.
❖ Provide supply chain input for vehicle/construction equipment
maintenance strategies when requested
Qualification Requirements:
❖ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
❖ Minimum of 8 yrs. of experience in a similar role.
❖ Proven managerial experience is a bonus.

systems.
2. Senior QA Engineer (1)
Main Responsibilities
❖ Ensure the required QA/QC activities are well-performed &
play an initiative-taking role to identify and close non-
conformances
on worksite.
❖ Review inspection and Test Plan, consult with Construction
and Quality Control Specialists to provide support and
guidance tothe Contractor and their Subcontractors.
❖ Review and implement Quality Management System, ensure
timely updates, and develop programs and procedures for
QA/QC activities among company business areas.

❖ Perform Quality audits to verify compliance with project

Main Responsibilities
❖ Establish and implement Civil, Structural, and Architectural
(CSA) QC quality requirements.

❖ Postgraduate qualifications in ACCA or CPA or equivalent,
specializing in tax are an additional requirement.
❖ At least 5 years of work experience preferably in a busy commercial
environment and with good exposure to other business processes.
2. Taxation Manager (1)
Main Responsibilities
❖ Support the Finance Manager in the overall management of
companywide Tax Risk.
❖ Lead the annual/bi-annual tax risk management process i.e.,
from risk assessment through to implementation of mitigating
actions, while certifying FD involvement and timely sign-off.
❖ Maintain a cordial relationship with internal and external
stakeholders to facilitate the execution of work. Including and
not limited to Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), and other
internal departments.
Qualifications Requirements:
❖ The applicant should hold a Bachelor of Honors Degree in a
business discipline-related qualification from a recognized
University.
