Terms & Conditions: [Technical]

1. Masonry work / Making Carpentry Work/ Holes in Concrete Beams, Pillars & Ceiling if Required If
required during Installation will have to be arranged by you side.
2. Power point: Suitable electric wiring using 7.20 copper wire or 6/8 mm 2 aluminum wire, Switch, 3
pin plugs suitable for Amps and socket (with fuse and suitable earthing arrangements). Will have
to be provided by you through your own contractor.
3. Access for Installation: Ladder / Aluminum Stool / Stand or Scuff Holding will have to be
Arranged by your side for installation.
4 Powe point for all Ac required for ODU only.

1. Order & Payment for Air Conditioner& for Ancillary work should be in favor of

2. Payment Terms for Air Conditioner: 100 % Payment by Cheque or DD along with the
Order for the Air-conditioner.
3. Payment Terms for Low Side Work: 75 % along with Order & 25 % after Completion of the
Work within 3Days.
In case commissioning cannot be done within 10 days of completion of installation work then
the balance payment shall become payable immediately.
4. Delivery: The unit will be delivered within 7 TO 10 Days from the date of Receipt of your
confirmed order along with Payment.
6. Warranty for Air conditioner (2.0Tr Cassette): The units will be under warranty for a period of
12months from the date of installation, against any manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship and
extra 2Yr's for the compressor under AMC.
7. Warranty for Air conditioner (1.0Tr & 1.5Tr Hi-wall): The units will be under warranty for a period of
from the date of installation, against any manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship and
extra 10Yr's for the compressor & 5yrs PCB under AMC.
8. Warranty for Stabilizer: The units will be under warranty for a period of 12 months
from the date of invoice.
9.- Quotation Validity : 06days from the date of Quotation.
