My Performance Tasks:

Performance task 1 Based on the orientation conducted by the Cooperating Principal, complete the
matrix given below.

Expectations My Responsibilities
1. Listen to your mentor Reflect on each lesson thought in writing and in
discussion with my cooperating teacher and
apply those advices on the next day.
2. Be a good teacher Even though we under the new normal system of
education as teaching interns we should be a role
model for pupils, exhibit good manners, habits
and behavior and present the best possible image
to the students.
3. Extend assistance anytime As a student teacher I should be willing to extend
my assistance even if without told. I will make
myself available to those who need my help. I will
offer a hand even if the resource teacher does
not ask.
4. Fulfill instructional responsibilities I should prepare complete, concise lesson plans,
comply all reasonable request made by my
resource teacher and get to know more about my
students and maintain ethical interpersonal
relationship with my resource teacher and my
student.
5. Comport myself as a professional As a professionals in actions, words, dress
appearance and recognize and act congruent
with the new status that I am not my students
peer but rather a teacher.

Performance task 2 Write the school policies and procedures that you need to comply with as a teaching
intern to faster harmoniously relationship with the wider school community.

School rules and policies I need to comply with What do I need to do?
1. Attendance I will always come to school before my scheduled
duty and when my cooperating teacher needs my
service.
2. Wearing of Uniform I will always wear my school Uniform with my
Nameplate or even school ID every time I report
to my cooperating school.
3. Punctuality I will report to school early before my
cooperating teacher come.
4. Cellphone Policy I will turn off my phone inside the classroom
when it is a class hours.
5. Respect Policy I am a firm believer when that students respect
teachers and teachers respect students that it
can only benefit learning.

Performance task 3 What tools do I need to bring in terms of KASH (Knowledge, Attitudes, Skills, and
Habits) to prepare myself in the wonderful world of teaching and learning?

KNOWLEDGE - I need to be knowledgeable enough about the


topics to be tackled so that the information I am going to convey is
accurate and giving wrong ideas could be avoided.
ATTITUDES - I should have unending patience and wide understanding for the learners so that I can
determine the thing I need to do.

SKILLS - I should possess the essentials skills in making sure that


my learners styles and intelligences could be addressed through varying the methods and techniques
that will be utilized.

HABITS - First, I need to be free from mannerisms so that the students attentions will not be disturbed
which can lessen their interest towards my discussion. I need to make each activity be enjoyable and
meaningful.
