Notes –
1 Vibration & Noise Level will be measured at duty point during shop performance test for record purpose. Same will be guaranteed at site as per relevant standards/ specifications.
2 Direction of rotation will be checked during performance test & same will be mentioned in performance test report.
3 Unitization of motor with motor stool will be ensured during performance test.
4 Material of constructions of pump components shall be as per approved dross section drawing /Data sheet
5 Fabricated parts- column pipe, discharge head, motor stool, sole plate etc. will be procured from KBL approved vendor. KBL/TPI approved WPQ/PQR will be used. Only qualified welders will be engaged.
