WARNING
Improperly established protective ground conductor connections during installation,
maintenance, or service.
Personal injury due to electric shock.
Protective ground conductor tests shall be performed in accordance with the in‐
structions in the technical documentation prior to initially switching on the device/
system, as well as after finishing all types of service / installation activities and prior
to handing over the system to the customer.

CAUTION
Suspending, or motorized system parts (e.g. table or C-arm) start moving unintention‐
ally when accessing eletromechanical parts, e.g. while replacing drives or brakes.
Risk: Personal injury
Press the service or emergency stop switch, and secure suspending parts (e.g. ta‐
ble or C-arm) before starting critical service activity.

Misdiagnosis and incorrect treatment because of incorrect results from the quantifica‐
tion software.
This can lead to death or serious bodily injury!
Perform the geometry adjustment carefully.

1.2 Requirements
The function description for the Artis one also includes an overview of the stand and table
components.
a) Move the C-arm and table in the axes displayed in the list (use SCM / TCM).
b) Press Go.
The values are read out.

c) Check to make sure the deviation between sensor and motor is within tolerance.
d) Continue with the System Troubleshooting Guide and motion control trouble‐
shooting.
