the South. The project site uniformly slopes @ 0% towards the north with a 12 m wide street on
the west side of the lot. The surface at the center of the project site frontage is considered as
elevation 0.

Determine the AMBF if the building shall not have a firewall

AMBF= PSO x TLA AMBF2= SETBACKS

=55% x 384 = 14.2 x15

=211.20 = 213 SQM

What is the allowable PSO if the building shall not have a firewall

PSO= AMBF/TLA

= 211.2 SQM/384 SQM

= 55%

What is the allowable minimum total space within lot (TOSL) if the building shall not have
a firewall

TOSL =ISA+USA or TOSL = ISA+USA

=30%+ 15% = 115.20 SQM+ 57.6 SQM

=45% =172.8 SQM

USA = 15% OF TLA

ISA = 30% OF TLA

shall not have a firewall

MACA = PSO + ISA or MACA = PSO + ISA

GFA= TLA x FLAR

=384 x 1.50

(maxTGFA) for the project if the building shall not have a firewall?

TGFA1 = BHL is 3- storey x (PSO% x TLA)

= 3 x 384 x 55%

Based on the max GFA, what is the allowable maximum Total Gross floor area (Max
TGFA) for the project if the building shall not have a firewall?

TGFA2 = GFA x MULTIPLIER

= 576 SQM x 1.25
