 Pregnants woman are not allowed to get mad because the
baby will be ugly.

Reflection
It is believed that if mothers drink cold beverages,
the baby can get that cold from the milk and the
baby can get cold or stomach pain. It is true that
breastfeeding mothers need to be careful about
whatever they are taking. But Cold and flu are
caused by a virus and in fact, breastfeeding mostly
protect baby from getting flu which baby got
protective antibodies from breastmilk.
 Pregnant woman needs to eat twin banana to have
twin babies

Reflection
I can still here this belief around my
hometown so some people still believes
in this. I find it funny because I can't see
the connection between the banana and
the pregnant mother. Being able to have
twins is thru the genes of both parents.
