Question 1
Main logistic competitors in the area include FedEx and UPS. Both are reliable shipping
solutions meaning each service offered closely matches delivery times, prices and features. UPS
specializes primarily in domestic ground delivery packages with additional air freight. FedEx is a
global express freight specializing in time-sensitive global air freights and similar ground
package delivery units. Each serves a target niche, UPS focusing on small package delivery
nature of their underlying business terms. Differences arise in the freight volume and pickup and
delivery routes when calculating rates. UPS manages all business outlets through a single pickup,
and its delivery structure has enabled it to gain competitive strength by maximizing asset
utilization and network efficiency. FedEx delivery stands out among competing agencies
significantly attributed to impacting positive insights attracting large corporations and clients
who can afford their express services. The rates for each delivery of a 12-pound book package to
New York based on UPS two-day delivery one pays $ 83.33. In contrast, the same package with
FedEx for two days’ delivery one pays $ 67.15. With FedEx, every element of the delivery
process is branded virtually, from the website, delivery process, drop boxes, and locations to its
Consistency branding elevates and separates the item's importance while on delivery.
Accountability where the recipient, FedEx and the sender participate willingly, each held
accountable to ensure the process is transparent. Finally, it's an experiential end-to-end process
compared to sending bulk emails to anonymous clients, providing them with sensory and tactile
touch points creating experiential advertising meaningful for efficiency and effectiveness.

tier to stand out, grab and hold mass attention. The dissimilar operations in FedEx such as air,
ground, and other forms make it difficult to handle all operations from a single network
compared to UPS, which handles essentially different business operations sharing a single
network structure to deliver all their small packages. Therefore, as per my assertions, I prefer
FedEx to UPS due to their customer service experience and delivery rates.
Question 2
The crucial phase is the franchise deal with two men and a truck company, the
alternatives to owning an enterprise will require utmost conformance and compliance with the
operations parties involved. Franchising is based on several legal and compliance agreements
between parties involved. Several laws govern the franchise relationship making it a requirement
to have a good cause before terminating a contract. To own my own operational enterprise, I
must deliver a written notice depicting the correct cause of action to leave the franchise as per
the contract regulations in my area. Issuance of a breach notice with the exact nature of the
agreement's scope outlining clear terms for licensing and intellectual property to terminate the
franchise agreement early in writing reduces the risks of further penalties. Different scenarios
will prevail. I might pay an exit fee, or the franchisor might want to buy back the business,
usually under market value. After formalizing the contract, the business franchisor can be sold to
a new franchisee since I have zero rights to proceeding with the sale requisite. Therefore, when
all essential attributes have been analyzed, I can follow the right course to signing out and
