“COMMON HEALTH PROBLEMS IN YOUNG PEOPLE”

The most common problems in young people are headaches and stress. These problems
come because of the weather and the concerns of studies or family problems.

Headaches in young people are caused by excessive exertion or overexposure to the sun.
In addition, most tension headaches will go away after a short time. They should get eight
hours of sleep and, if necessary, should take over-the-counter medications, such as
acetaminophen or ibuprofen. They shouldn't take aspirin; children or adolescents should
not take it.On the other hand, stress in young people is caused by having problems with
friends, bullying or pressure from peer groups. Young people who suffer from stress are
more likely to get sick. The best that can be done to avoid this, they should play sports,
they should go for a walk, they should sing, etc.

In conclusion, today's young people suffer from these problems due to their social
environment, but to avoid these problems, solutions were mentioned in the previous
paragraph. So lead a healthy life!
