Subject: Invitation for Inter-School Quiz Competition on Vigilance Awareness-2022

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings to you and your school on behalf of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

Indian Oil Corporation is India's flagship Maharatna Company and highest ranked Energy
PSU in Global Fortune 500 List. It is the largest Central Public Sector Undertaking in the
country catering to the energy needs within and outside India.

lndianOil is observing Vigilance Awareness Week from 31 st October to 6 November, 2022
with the theme 'Corruption free India for a developed Nation' to encourage all stakeholders
to collectively participate in the prevention of and fight against corruption and to raise public
awarenss regarding the threat posed by corruption.

As a part of this endeavour, lndianOil is conducting Inter-School Vigilance Awareness Quiz-

2022 for school students of Delhi/NCR reg~on on 01 st November 2022J _Tuesday). Th is quiz
is an effort to create awareness among young generation ofthe country about basics of
integrity & good governance, prevention of corruption, role of CVC and other Govt. agencies
etc. Apart from Vigilance Awareness, there will be one segment of questions on lndianOil
& Oil Industry.
In view of the above, we invite you to participate in Inter-School Vi ilance Awareness Quiz-
2022 of lndianOil by sending one team of two students (from Class IX to Class to
participate in Vig ilance Awareness Quiz-2022. Rules/ Participation orms or the event are
attached herewith.
For qualifying for the final round of the aforesaid quiz, a preliminary elimination round will
be conducted at the venue . In the preliminary elimination round, the teams will have to
answer quiz questions in written form and the top scoring four teams will qualify for the final
round . After the preliminary elimination round, main round on stage for top four wi ll be
organized . Decision of Quiz Masters will be final.

Prizes worth Rs. 30000/-, Rs.25000/-, Rs.20000/-, Rs . 15000/-, Rs.12500/-, Rs.10000/- &
Rs. 750 0/- will be given to top 7 teams. Trophy shall also be given to top 3 teams.
Participation gifts shall be given to all teams and school representatives and Breakfast &
Lunch shall be arranged at the venue.
