I always take responsibility for my students and know that they can only be
successful if I try to make them successful. I know that my students come with
many different backgrounds, and I always try to implement lessons that will
benefit all students. We do not have any students with learning disabilities or ELL
students so that does not exactly apply to my personal situation. In my student
teaching, I did have a student in my classroom with autism though and know how
to manage those situations. I am always encouraging and seeking out advice fromn
colleagues. 9/12
