STEP 0

Show rankings of all Team signup/ check-in during the Support channel for player to contact
players/challengers. match. You could see other administrator regarding all sorts of issues.
Both current and past. participants team list. (unable to join/error log in/etc)

mode of the matches.
Result of current/past General rules and regulations (but in much
round/day. more details) including terms and
conditions.
STEP 1

Description: ● If there is no tournament being schedule,

1. After create team, click on the “Challenge”
button on bottom right to find an
opponents. - Refer the tournament
time/schedule.
you would not be able to play any
matches.
● Player can only challenge when the
tournament reach the start time.

2. Select mode of game.

4. Searching player throughout the

system. (Please wait and do not

Once there are players in the

challenger system, you will be
directed to the second page.

You could choose to accept or

decline the match.
 STEP 4

When you found an opponent,

Click “Ready to play”.

In this case, you have abandon the

match and have to search again.
Default win will be given to the
opponent.
STEP 5

Game Overview - Player perspective

Scores of the participants:

1. Result/setting
2. Upload proof of match *SS
3. Chat history
4. File a complaint.

Match review

Once done, Click “Send”

Match Protest : complaint letter (absence,

potential cheating, abusive language, illegal
usage of in game character/map/glitches.

Once confirm with the

details, you could click
YES/NO.

If you click “YES”, you

will proceed to next
page.

If “NO”, You will have to

file a protest ticket to
administrator.
STEP 7

members. So that they can allocate the bracket.
