Project 1 - Farmers Farmers Customer Service currently leverages multiple platforms to support business processes. The
program implementation goal based on these business objectives is to modernize the Contact Center
Service Request Management with a single CRM Platform across all brands for Service operation.
Project 2 - IU Health Indiana University Health Plans focus is on prevention and early detection, which considers all health
plan members, matching the intensity of care with intensity of need. This method is targeted, leading
to better care, results and member engagement for individuals and families.
Project 3 - iSelect iSelect's one of the Service provider in Australia and lets users to select broadband plans and internet
plans from some of Australia's leading telecom and web service providers. The solution includes
reducing screens for internal users and enhanced user experience. Configuring Custom HTML
templates and Email notifications. Web service API implementation for custom products in salesforce.
Project 4 - CMAP Channel Marketing Automation Process is a system which controls the Campaign managements
system integrated with Eloqua. The goal is to validate incoming Campaign from Eloqua, and
Campaign owner assignment. BDE's are chosen by filtering Campaign information in SF environment.
Project 5 - NPS Net Promotor Score is used to evaluate how customer engagement is with business. There are some
metrics to calculate customer satisfaction score, considering customers response Sales Rep's
contacts to improve their product services better. This is single system implemented across the world
for DELL to improve NPS score.
Project 6 - SOM Service Opportunity Management istTo Automate Services Custom solutions manual process, which
does not always engage the appropriate resources at the appropriate times. Business program will lay
the foundation to increase through put of Opportunities through the Deal Governance Review process.
