SOLUTION,

One of the issues expected is overtime.So,I think the demands of the union in general
terms will be as follows:-
1.Overtime is of the biggest issue of the labour union.They will demand short working
hours and if it's overtime then definitely they will demand proper compensation that is
more wages.
2.Their main concern is the health of the workers which is very important for the overall
development of the company/industry as well as the economy which is being neglected
in case of overtime because after overtime also,they are supposed to be present next
day which hampers their health.
3.Basically,they will ask for better wages,shorter hours and safe working environment.
4.They can also demand stability of job that is long term job which is a very important
issue for them as a stable job is very beneficial in a lot of ways.
5.They can also demand some insurance for better planning in terms of future problems
as well as they can also demand some gratuities.
6.They can also demand strict following of the labour laws and policies which is right in
all terms.
7.Better workplace goals are also one of the big issue like overtime.
Ans of 2nd part,
The key points which I would like the agreement to have provided from management
perspective are:-
1.I would like to implement all the labour laws which is legally good also and it will help
in maintaining healthy relations with the unions.
2.Agreement will also have assurance of appropriate payment in case of
overtime.Payment will be according to standard pay scale.And regarding overtime a
committee will be established which will be responsible for proper payment of the
employees and they will also look into all the safety parameters in all terms.
3.Workplace goals will be achieved and better working conditions will be provided.
4.Maximum things will be made online which will be better for every employees in case
of salary payment or any other details management of the employees.
5.Health will definitely be given priority and regarding insurance also there are positive
bells ringing.
6.Management is also thinking of rewarding the employees time to time according to
their work performance.
7.Regarding stability of jobs also we are thinking but it will be according the the
employees experience and performance.
