MANIFESTATION

Accused, EMILY YVONNE Z. GO, through counsel, unto this Honorable

Court, most respectfully alleges that:

On October 6, 2022, the undersigned received via electronic mail an Order

dated October 4, 2022 resetting the arraignment and/or pretrial of herein
accused on October 25, 2022. The said Order also states, “Furnish a copy of this
Order with attached copy of the complaint-affidavit and its supporting documents
to defense counsel Atty Amparo to her email address and let a hard copy be sent
to her x x x”

We most respectfully manifest that the law offices of Sales Castillo &
Associates have not yet received clear and legible copies of the complaint-
affidavit and its supporting documents filed against accused Emily Yvonne Z. Go.
Thus, we humbly reiterate our request to be furnished copies of said documents
so that herein accused and her counsel can judiciously study and prepare her
defense.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this

Honorable Court that this MANIFESTATION be duly NOTED; thus, accused and her
counsel be furnished with clear and legible copies of the complaint-affidavit and
its supporting documents, if any. Other relief and remedies as are just and
equitable under the premises are here prayed for.
