d. when the guests arrive in the restaurant but the restaurant is fully occupied

 Hello Ma’am/Sir are you willing to wait until we have a table for you? Our restaurant is fully
occupied today.

e. when the guests arrive and the restaurant is fully occupied but one of the guests insists that he wants
to be seated immediately.
