is, however, always correct.

Special tools: 9986485, 88800003, 88800117

Installation

Remove the cable harness with clips from sensors
and engine control unit.

Remove the servo pipe from the servo pump.

Remove fuel lines. Remove the engine control unit
with cooling coil.

Remove the clamps from the fuel lines and air lines.

Note: Plug the fuel line connections.

Fit fixture 88800117 to the engine block.

Fit the lifting tool. Torque tighten the lifting tool 88800066
bolts to 80±10 Nm.

Place the engine with fixture on the overhaul stand

Remove the lifting tools from the engine.

Fit the lifting tool. Torque tighten the lifting tool 88800066
bolts to

Remove the engine with fixture from the overhaul stand.

Remove the fixture from the engine. Fit the bolts into
their respective places.

Install clamps on the fuel lines and air lines.

Install the the engine control unit, connect fuel lines and
air lines with new sealing washers.

Fit the servo pipe.

Fit the cable harness, connect up the fuel filter. Fit
the cable clips.
