Referring to article 1, the Philippines is more likely to be affected by the calamities as we are located

in the Pacific Ring of Fire, where there will be a lot of sudden calamities that will occur. The second

article tackles all the deforestation in the Amazon Rainforest, which has caused the most damage to

the ecosystem in which many executives are looking for a new project to undertake in order to have a

roadway that can access countries easily. With our current situation all over the universe, where

climate change and global warming are worsening, many rainforests nowadays are drier than in the

past years.

Of the two scenarios that we have, the most affected one is the 4Ps, which are very common, like the

product, place, price, and people. With the product, place, and price when these calamities or

problems occur, there would be a great chance that the government would announce some scarcity

in a country that lacks basic needs, and business owners are more likely to change the prices

because the products are in demand when this situation occurs. With these three being affected

when this damage occurs, there would always be an announcement of scarcity in one's country as to

where particular products are really needed on the consumer side.

Consumer Basic Rights: to safety, to be informed, to choose and to be heard [Traditional seller's

rights, buyer's rights and additional rights proposed by consumer advocate; when calamities or

problems will occur consumer basic rights must be strictly implemented. Right to safety, as a

consumer has the right to inquire on the items' quality and guarantee before making a purchase.

Especially when there is a calamity that has occurred in a particular country or anywhere he or she

would be. Right to choose should be able to select from a wide range of items at a reasonable price.

Right to be heard that they will be given adequate time to air their issues in a relevant forum.

Consumers should organize non-political, non-commercial consumer organizations that can be

represented on various government and non-governmental committees dealing with consumer

issues.

Rules:

Government employees or administrators must anticipate those trades that are making steep

or accumulated parts when disasters will happen. They must recognize excessively few

answers from the shoppers, and following that, administration bureaucrats must not be tricked
 or convinced following just the improvement commission, and must advise the union that those

successful outlawed assets must silence.

PROS and CONS:

● Community are more organized and have a care for the environment

● The CONS of the solution can be Government officials in today’s world can be paid with a

higher amount and can be tricked.

Solution:

Consumer rights and preserving the environment must be strictly implemented anywhere in

the world, because this might be a big change and, in this way, we can mitigate and help our

planet to live longer and have a place to live in the near future
