When dealing with gatekeepers, never ask to leave a message or make an appointment. Always be assumptive and firm,
but friendly and casual.

A good example of being assumptive with a Gatekeeper -

If you ask, the answer will always be no. Make sure you are in control of the conversation.

When Gatekeepers are insistent on handling -

When GK’s insist on handling everything, you want to ask them if they can make personal and financial decisions on
behalf of the doctor. Personal decisions being the information being published online and engraved on the plaque, and
Financial decisions being the ordering of the Premium Profile with plaque, payment details, shipping details, etc. You
ONLY ask them if they can make those decisions if it’s -

An outbound call - Never pitch a gatekeeper on an outbound call. They will tell you they can handle everything just to have
