Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 12% government tax. Extra bed does not include breakfast. The package includes set breakfast for two (2) and use of the swimming pool. Rates apply to rooms booked collectively at a given time. No charge will be levied for children below 12 years old, occupying the same room with Two (2) adults and without an extra bed. Otherwise, an extra bed rate shall apply. Any additional requirement shall be charged accordingly and must be settled upon check-out unless prearranged and prepaid by the Travel Agent. 2.1 Golf Package Rates are inclusive of 12% government tax, and are non-commissionable.
2.2 Members are given priority on weekends. 2.3 Travel Agent should specify the desired Tee-Off Time on their Booking order. Tee-off time is subject to availability and may change without prior notice, especially on weekends. 2.4 Golfers must be pre-registered, based on the name list submitted by the Travel Agent. 2.5 Golfers must be at the Golf Reception at least 30 minutes before the scheduled Tee time. 2.6 Caddie Fee must be settled directly with respective caddie prior to tee-off. 2.7 Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

III.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 The Travel Agent must submit an Official Booking Order to our Manila Sales Office prior to
confirmation. Confirmation is subject to space availability at the time of request. 3.2 The rooms confirmed per reservation request shall be made available for occupancy after 2:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. Official check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Rooms not vacated from 12:01 to 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure shall be charged accordingly: 3 hours extension Beyond 3 hours 50% of the contracted rate Full contracted rate

3.3 The Travel Agent must submit to the Hotel a final rooming list together with pertinent arrival/departure and meal requirements at least Fifteen (15) days prior to arrival during peak season, and Five (5) days prior to arrival during regular season.

3.4 The Hotel requires full payment of the total contracted charges at least Five (5) days before the

arrival date (cash basis only). However, during peak periods or high occupancy, the Hotel reserves the right to demand full payment at least Thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Non-receipt of full payment would mean automatic cancellation of all bookings and arrangements. 3.7 A cancellation fee equivalent to One (1) night shall be charged for each room cancellation. The
