feelings are deemed important in decision-making. Follow the steps below

How Do Our Emotions/Feelings Affect Decision Making?

All people have a different behavior and reason on how they should be act. Hidden

from the knowledge of most that our feelings are good and sometimes not so good.

Some of us base it on how we behave in front of other people but we cannot deny that

it also affects our decision -making in life. In what way then, but before that people

have different emotions and each of these emotions can get the result for decision

making and there are also two results, one good and one not. Just like a sad person

and we know that it can lead to feelings of hopelessness and even the decision of that

person to commit suicide and that was the unfortunate result of the decision he made.

So, it is important to have a wise decision but how someone can do that. He should

choose a proper feeling that will be good to him in the fact that good feelings make

good decision.

On the other hand, the good results of decision making are through that person’s good

feeling. The one example of this is when you are in feeling happy you get along well

with other people or you choose the one thing that you know you will be happy there
because you are happy, just like that. It is because you experienced a particular

emotion, you had the motivation to act and do something positive. Emotions can play

an important role in how you think and act. The emotions you feel each day can

motivate you to take action and influence the decisions you make about your life, big

and small. You also tend to take actions to experience positive emotions and reduce

feeling negative emotions. Our emotions have a big impact on the decisions we make,

from what we decide to choose a course on college, to how we conduct our lives.

The naturalist Charles Darwin was one of the earliest researchers in the scientific study

of emotions. He believes that emotions are adaptations that allow humans and animals

to live and reproduce. He suggested that emotional manifestations can also play an

important role in safety and security. Sometimes this fear can trigger the body’s

resistance or fight response, leading to certain physiological responses that prepare the

body to stay and face danger or flee towards safety or emotions can also prepare the

body to act. Although in other circumstances, we believe that decisions are guided only

by logic and reason. Emotional and the intelligence in recognizing or realizing emotions

have been shown to play an important role in decision making. In short, everything

people desire in this world as well as their lifestyle comes from their emotions or

feeling. So, the key to having a good decision is to make sure a person is also

emotionally good.
