(Case #, Crime, Type, Location, 1-2-Sentence Summary) 110711-1619-01 Harassing Phone Calls 16715-E REDCLIFF DR Complainant called to report that she is receiving harassing phone calls from an unknown person. The calls have been coming in at all hours since sometime in March. All the calls are to the complainants work cell. The complainants work number is readily available to the general public. It appears that the perpetrator is using feature on their phone to disguise their number and make it appear that the calls are coming from various adult businesses in the area. 110711-1725-01 Larceny 8327 BRIDGEGATE DR Complainant called to report that 4 W/Ms removed two packages off the front porch of the above address. The suspects left in a red Kia Forte with a donut on the rear tire and no hubcaps. The packages contained prescription drug samples. Officers located the suspects and recovered the two packages. The driver was charged on citation and the other 3 suspects were charged on Juvenile Contact Forms. Upon officers arrival back at the residence, a third package was reported stolen. It was later located on the side of the road and returned to the complainant. 110711-1802-01 Fraud 13712 ANTHEA LN Complainant came by the police department to report that an unknown subject had used his personal information to purchase a BMW. Complainant advised that the incident occurred in 2009 and that he just discovered it on his credit report because it was showing the vehicle had been repossessed.

110711-2110-01 Disturbance 15020-112 STATESVILLE RD Complainant called in reference to a dispute that she is having with the resident of Apt 111. Prior to officer arrival, the resident from Apt 111 and Apt 112 were involved in a verbal altercation. The subject from Apt 112 left. The officer spoke with the resident at Apt 111 who advised that she would be staying elsewhere for the evening to avoid any further problems. The apartment management advised the officer that they were aware of the issues and were moving the resident of Apt 112 to an apartment in Deerhill 1. 110711-2138-01 Mental Subject 10030 GILEAD RD A subject was transported from Presbyterian Huntersville to Presbyterian Main on an Involuntary Commitment Order. 110711-2142-01 Unauthorized Use MV 9027 COOL MEADOW DR Complainant called initially to report that her vehicle was stolen. The responding officer learned that the vehicle had been taken by her son. The complainant also reported three credit cards stolen from a drawer in her bedroom. The complainant cancelled the cards. 110711-2302-01 Vice Complaint 8801 STRATTON FARM RD Officer located approximately six subjects in the pool area. During the investigation, the officer located a small amount of marijuana and pipe in one subjects possession. The subject was charged with possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia on citation. 110712-0127-01 Domestic Disturbance DELLWOOD DR Complainant called because she had gotten into a verbal altercation with her boyfriend. Upon officers arrival, both parties advised that they had been drinking and had started fighting over nothing. There were no signs of an assault and both parties stated there had not been any assault. 110712-0413-01 Assault (DV) BIRKDALE COMMOMS PKWY Complainant reported that earlier in the morning her husband pushed her. Complainant advised that her husband was jealous that she had spoken to another man. There were no visible signs of assault. The husband left the residence for the evening.
