moderator for this seminar. Im Mariefel Gutierrez and on behalf of LCCC travel club, I would like to
extend a very warm welcome to all of you. We appreciate you taking time off your busy schedules to
join us todays activity, We hope you will learn a lot today, we have lined up for you to be fruitful and
engaging.

This day is not just wonderful but also a day full of learning and new experiences, so what we waiting

Our deepest gratitude to you, Sir Dennis for discussing one of the vital concerns of us future frontliners
in tourism and hospitality industry. I know all of us are now equipped with the knowledge and insights
you have shared with us.

Thank you Sir Dennis, More so, we will be having an open forum, so co-students, it is our time to ask our
question and queries. Our honourable guest speaker will be very delighted to respond to our inquiries.

So guys, we are now giving you the chance to ask questions and even share your ideas with our dearest
speaker, Sir Dennis Del Mar.

thank the Travel Club and our dear adviser Ms. Felongco for believing in my ability to be the master of
