Admissions Counselling Schedule 2011-12


The candidates on the basis of the rank obtained in AIEEE 2011 should apply online for the counselling as per the schedule given below:

All PH candidates who are registered are required to appear before the Medical Board at Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital S- Block, Mangolpuri, Delhi 110083 on 30.06.11 and 01.07.11. All CW candidates who are registered are required to appear before the Admission Committee, a t Auditorium, DTU (scheduled to be announced later) It is mandatory for PH and CW candidates to report on given date and time at the places given above otherwise they would not eligible for admission. Based on information provided by the Candidates, a list of provisionally selected candidates will be displayed on website as per details and such candidates are reported at DTU as per the schedule given below:

All the remaining eligible candidates or their representative are to report physically on 28 th and 29th July 2011 at DTU for participating in the next round of counselling. In case the candidate or his representative does not report physically on the above mentioned date then he would not be eligible for the next round of the counselling. Vice Chancellor address to the new entrant to DTU in the DTU 01.08.2011 (Monday) Auditorium at 11:00 A.M. followed by registration and orientation. (All admitted candidates) Classes begin 02.08.2011 (Tuesday)

First phase of admission in all categories will be closed on 26.07.2011.

Venue for reporting for admission at DTU: Convocation Hall, Delhi Technological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering), Near Sector 17, Rohini, Shahbad Daulatpur, Bawana Road, Delhi 110042. DTU is well connected from Rohini sector 9, 13 and Rithala Metro Station. NOTE: - (i) Candidates are required to visit the university website for updates. (ii) The university shall place the advertisement in leading newspapers (at least One Hindi and One English) for the final round of counselling. (iii) The Delhi region candidates claiming the benefit of reservation under SC, ST and OBC categories are required to produce the caste certificate issued by the Govt of NCT of Delhi only. No other certificate will be accepted.
